Smallwood Builders was started by Mike Smallwood and has served the Oregon Coast for over 20 years. Son, Kyle Smallwood, has joined the team along with other employees who share the love for building.
Smallwood Builders specializes in home remodeling and custom built homes, and take the many safe guards and precautions that it takes when building on the Oregon Coast. We are also a certified installer of Timber Tech decking ™ and Western Clear View Railings™.
The Smallwood family has lived in the area for five generations. Upon moving to the area, Mike's great grandfather cut the trees, barged them up the river to a sawmill, and then barged the lumber back down the river to build his own home. The home is still standing and lived in today.
